Smoke & Fire – Restaurant and Café

This summer we once again open the gates for "Smoke & Fire - Outdoor cooking experience" where the renowned Erik "Wild Chef" Brännström stands for a fantastic taste experience. All food will be prepared outdoors over an open fire, à la ‘modern caveman style’ with a focus on meat, fish and vegetables. And, of course, local ingredients will be used. 

Fully licensed restaurant beautifully located at White Mountain Lodge overlooking the beautiful Lake Kvarndammen in the middle of the wilderness around Kalvträsk.
