Fast-paced downhill biking

In the summer months, our ski resort is transformed into the Bike Park. Are you ready for the challenge? Our bike park is now Västerbotten’s largest for lift accessed mountain biking. It had a total of 9 trails in the summer of 2019 and is expanding every year.
In 2011, the Bygdsiljumsbacken Association trialled downhill biking for the first time, and it was opened to the public in 2012. A lot has happened since then and Bygdsiljumsbacken Bike Park is expanding every year. Each season we improve our existing trails and work to build new ones, all so that we and our cyclists are inspired to ride more and develop our skills.

Rent a bike
You can rent one of our ten Lapierre Froggy downhill bikes every Sunday (see picture).
A rental costs SEK 650, which includes a lift pass and protection (helmet, back protection, and shoulder, elbow and knee guards). Bring your own gloves and goggles if you’d like.
Bike insurance can be purchased from us for SEK 50.
